We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive forward our business and application strategy. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring partial on-site presence at the customer's location.

The job purpose

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will be instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of technological and IT services within the educational sector. This role involves close collaboration with educational teams to deeply understand their specific IT needs, overseeing the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of IT services to ensure user satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for all IT service related inquiries within the educational domain.

Your main responsibilities

Collaborate closely with educational teams to ascertain their specific IT needs.

  • Supervise the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of IT services, ensuring high user satisfaction.
  • Coordinate technical support activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the availability of technological solutions.
  • Integrate new technologies smoothly into the educational framework.
  • Evaluate service performance, resolve issues, and implement preventative solutions.
  • Serve as the main contact point for all IT service related questions in the educational field.

Your competencies

  • Educational Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Certifications: Business Analyst Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in roles or missions similar to those required.
  • Skills: Proven competencies in Agile, Waterfall, BPMN, UML, ITIL.
  • Language Proficiency: Experienced in French, Independent in Dutch and English.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates with additional certifications in Project Management, IT Service Management (beyond ITIL Foundation), or educational technology integration.

  • Advanced ITIL Framework understanding.
