We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive forward our business and application strategy. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring partial on-site presence at the customer's location.

The job purpose

The Project Manager Security is responsible for leading project activities related to the management of security services offered by our client to internal and external clients. This encompasses finalizing program specifications, clarifying IT needs, and successfully leading the project implementation. The role requires establishing proper governance, ensuring smooth project progress, and directing or coordinating a team throughout the duration of various projects.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan and manage security projects within the organization, identifying security requirements, risks, and potential threats, and developing plans to address them.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, operational teams, clients, and suppliers, to understand their security needs and expectations.
• Conduct security risk assessments, perform security audits, and advise on security standards, systems, and authentication protocols.
• Participate in post event security incident analysis and response.
• Align with Application & Infrastructure managers on priorities and decision making, as well as plan actions and projects. Organize regular syncs with all stakeholders.
• Manage budget and resources for security projects, including cost estimations and identifying integration constraints with IT Project Managers.

Your competencies

• Educational Prerequisites: Higher education degree (university or advanced studies).
• Experience: At least 10 years in a similar function (e.g., Programme Manager, PM Network, and Security, Head of) and 5 years in project management, process implementation related to security, and roadmap definition.
• Certifications: ITIL, CISSP.
• Technical Skills: Deep technical knowledge of security network components (IDS/IPS, IAM, RBAC, firewalls, subnetting, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, VoIP, TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols, Network Access Controller (NAC), secure remote access management (VPN), APT solutions with sandboxing, encryption techniques, antiDDOS measures, strong authentication, cloud platforms, and Azure, ITSM and monitoring platforms.
• Language Proficiency: Experienced in French, Independent in Dutch and English.
• Candidates with additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP), advanced cybersecurity (e.g., CISM), or specific security technologies (e.g., cloud security) will have a distinct advantage.
