Job Objective
The Infrastructure Manager plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of IT infrastructure and its strategic development. This position is responsible for overseeing system performance, resolving incidents, and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance. It also involves managing a technical team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize IT innovation and ensure service continuity.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, performance, and smooth operation of systems and applications.
- Coordinate incident resolution, including the implementation of effective incident management processes and ticketing systems tracking.
- Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, while ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with external vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient IT infrastructure, including negotiating service contracts when necessary.
- Conduct technology monitoring and develop infrastructure strategies aligned with the company's needs, while driving infrastructure improvement projects.
- Set clear objectives for the technical team, track their progress, and provide support through training and coaching sessions.
